Tomorrow twelve (!) years ago I began liking #Ansible pull, and to date I still explain what it is in my Ansible trainings.

After going through #ansible, puppet, and then a hand-built shellscript I’m back to ansible as the least-bad option for my personal infrastructure. Still not a fan of yaml, though.
Next task is #terraform, though I can’t tell yet whether it’s going to be impractical for a server that’s intentionally closer to a pet than cattle.

Not bad :D The product installation led to some documentation fixes. And the coreutils #OpenBSD PR will take longer. I have to expand my utmp-classic module a bit more.

This kind of infrastructure management is necessary for managing #FreeBSD at scale. #Puppet and salt stack might be good alternatives if you don't #Ansible. Never worked with #ansible before and I need it for an upcoming project... so I'm using my #VisionFive2 to manage all other #SBC in my home. Even reinstalled my old #raspberrypi 3 with #openSUSE to have a different OS and system in the network xD
The way things look right now I'll have a lot of time on my hands to figure this out...
